On the palate the wine is light-to-medium bodied with lively acidity, fine-grained tannins and a silky texture that carries a persistent, elegant finish. Producer notes: From Domaine de Marzilly’s Ullens cuvée, this Coteaux Champenois rouge expresses a sense of place — restrained, aromatic and precise. The domaine works to highlight freshness and terroir character rather than overt extraction, aiming for wines that drink with immediacy and charm.
