2020 Domaine Hubert Lamy Puligny Montrachet Les Tremblots Haute Densite

The 2020 Domaine Hubert Lamy Puligny-Montrachet Les Tremblots 'Haute Densite' is a testament to the meticulous viticulture and winemaking of Olivier Lamy. This exquisite white wine, hailing from the prestigious Puligny-Montrachet appellation in Burgundy, France, is crafted from Chardonnay vines planted at an unusually high density. This practice, rooted in historical methods, encourages a competitive environment for the roots, resulting in a wine of exceptional quality and complexity. With a palate that weaves together buttery richness, mineral undertones, and vibrant citrus and floral notes, this wine is a true delight. It is best enjoyed after decanting for an hour and pairs wonderfully with dishes like grilled sea bass, roast chicken, or a creamy lobster risotto.
