Tasting note: Bright and focused on the nose with lemon zest, green apple and delicate white floral notes, followed by layers of stone fruit and a chalky, wet-stone minerality. On the palate it shows ripe core fruit framed by vibrant acidity, a creamy mid-palate and subtle toasted oak spice, finishing long with saline lift.

Winemaking notes: Fermentation and élevage are carried out in French oak barrels with careful use of new wood to support rather than dominate the fruit. Extended lees contact and gentle stirring lend texture and creaminess while restrained oak seasoning delivers spice and vanillin without heaviness. The wine typically undergoes natural malo‑lactic transition to round edges and harmonize acidity.
