Domaine Hubert Lamy is a family estate in Saint-Aubin, overseen by Olivier Lamy. The domaine focuses on low-intervention winemaking: hand-harvested fruit from well-sited parcels, gentle pressing, fermentation and élevage in French oak with careful lees management to add texture while preserving bright acidity. The approach respects site expression and lets the Clos du Meix Blanc’s minerality and freshness shine.
