On the palate it is medium-bodied, with bright acidity, silky tannins and a lingering, savory finish that reveals layers of red fruit and gentle oak. Producer notes: From a small family domaine in Vosne-Romanée, the Aux Reas bottling reflects the estate's focus on balance and terroir expression. Jacques Cacheux oversees careful vineyard work and low-intervention cellar practices to preserve purity and finesse. Winemaking notes: Grapes are hand-picked, gently handled and fermented with selected or indigenous yeasts. Vinification emphasizes gentle extraction and maturation in French oak for several months to add texture without dominating the wine's fresh fruit and mineral core.
