A poised Premier Cru from Les Narbantons, this 2023 shows bright red fruit — cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry — layered over subtle savory and mineral notes. Fine, fresh acidity gives lift while silky, fine-grained tannins provide structure without weight. Aromas suggest floral lift and a hint of baking spice; the palate is medium-bodied with clean, focused flavors and a lingering, savory finish. Crafted by Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret, a family domaine under Jean Mongeard known for attentive vineyard work and classic Côte de Beaune expression. Grapes are carefully harvested and vinified with gentle extraction, then matured in well-selected oak to integrate texture and spice.
