這瓶艾米達吉藍屋帶著濃郁但不粗糙的個性:香氣先是黑森林莓與黑櫻桃,隨之而來的是黑胡椒、煙燻草本和一抹皮革感。口感飽滿,單寧細緻有力,層次分明,尾韻豐盈且悠長,帶出香料與橡木的溫暖餘味。酒庄以有機栽培為基礎,釀造時注重柔和萃取與平衡,並以法國橡木桶陳年以增添結構與香氣。葡萄來自艾米達吉著名的斜坡,花崗岩土壤、日夜溫差使酒體既集中又帶有礦質感。建議醒酒一小時左右飲用,短期可賞,耐陳至2030年代仍有發展空間。
A powerful yet refined Hermitage from Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné’s La Maison Bleue. The bouquet opens with dark, forest berries and black cherry layered over fragrant black pepper, smoked herbs and a hint of leather. On the palate the wine shows ample body with fine, structured tannins that build gently toward a long, plush finish marked by spice and cedar. Made from organically grown fruit, vinification emphasises gentle extraction and balance; maturation in French oak adds spice and volume while preserving freshness. Sourced from the famed Hermitage slopes — granite-based soils, warm days and cooling nights give concentration and minerality. Drink now with decanting or cellar through 2025–2040 for further development.
