Representing the very pinnacle of white Burgundy, this Grand Cru emerges from the legendary terroir of Bâtard-Montrachet on the border of Chassagne and Puligny. Crafted by tenth-generation vigneron Thomas Morey, this release captures a masterclass in tension and balance, marrying regal depth with crystalline mineral precision. The palate opens with breathtaking generosity, unfolding layers of ripe stone fruit, citrus blossoms, warm brioche, and toasted hazelnuts. Its vibrant limestone core cuts effortlessly through the opulent texture, delivering an experience of weightless power before stretching into a sovereign, salivating finish. Matured with sensitive oak handling that sculpts rather than overpowers, this wine honors its venerable slope with breathtaking clarity and cellaring potential for decades.
