酒莊與田地：酒款屬於 Domini Veneti 的 Pruviniano 系列，強調產自 Valpolicella Classica 馬拉諾山谷的地塊風土；酒莊由 Cantina Valpolicella Negrar 持有，重視區域特色與傳統風格。葡萄園位於 Prognol 的乾燥梯田，海拔約200–250公尺，朝向東南—西南，土質以粉質粘土為主並帶有石灰成分，行距密植、部分採用維羅納式棚架，平均樹齡約15年，產量受控。

釀造重點：全手工採收，去梗輕破後以25–28°C發酵，浸皮約10天並每日三次輕力壓皮，完成乳酸發酵並以鋼槽及瓶中陳年為主（並有木桶影響以柔化酒體）。整體風格乾淨、風土感明顯，適合喜歡果香與香料層次、又要保有清爽口感的人。

Bright and lively Valpolicella Classico Superiore from the Marano valley, the Pruviniano Collection offers a fragrant bouquet of cherries and black currants with floral violet notes and a warming peppery-spice profile (nutmeg, ginger). On the palate it is dry, fresh and well balanced — juicy acidity frames the fruit while fine, polished tannins lend structure and a persistent, savory finish.

Producer notes: the Pruviniano Collection celebrates fruit from the historic Marano hamlets, historically known as “Pruviniano.” Crafted by Domini Veneti under the ownership of Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, the wine expresses the local valley identity with clarity and approachability.

Winemaking & vineyard: grapes are hand-harvested from dry terraces at 200–250 m elevation, with southeast/southwest exposures on silty-clayey to calcareous soils. After gentle crushing and destemming fermentation is carried out at 25–28°C with a 10-day maceration and regular punch-downs; malolactic fermentation is completed and the wine sees maturation (light oak influence stated) before finishing in bottle. Low yields and traditional training (espalier and pergoletta) contribute to concentration and balance.
