Echo de Lynch Bages 2021 is a remarkable second wine from the esteemed Château Haut-Bages Averous in Pauillac. This wine boasts a dense and concentrated structure with forward black-currant fruits. Earthy red fruits, cedar, spice, and tobacco leaf nuances are evident on the nose and palate, creating a charming and medium-bodied experience. The wine is juicy, round, and elegant with fresh red cherries and a mineral-salty finish. Hand-picked and sorted at the vineyard, the grapes are aged for 12 months in French oak, resulting in a wine that is perfect to enjoy with grilled steak, roast lamb, mature cheeses, or mushroom risotto.
