Tasting note: Pale salmon hue with persistent, fine mousse. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and citrus zest lead into delicate brioche and subtle sea-spray minerality. On the palate it is bone-dry and sharply focused — lively acidity lifts bright red-fruit and citrus while a creamy mid-palate from extended lees contact gives texture. The finish is saline and classically persistent, revealing chalky mineral echoes. Producer notes: Crafted by Champagne Eric Taillet, an artisanal grower-producer committed to expressive, terroir-driven wines. This bottling is presented as Brut Nature (zero dosage) to showcase purity and site character. Winemaking notes: Made by the traditional method with careful handling through harvest and cellar. Fermentations are kept clean and the wine spends an extended period on lees to build creaminess and complexity before release with no added sugar, resulting in a direct, precise expression. Vineyard notes: Grapes come from low-yielding parcels on classic Champagne soils with good drainage and a cool maritime climate.
