輕鬆好喝、帶點鄉野手感的單村白酒。酒體呈現奶油般的綿密口感,同時有清新的檸檬皮、梨子與白花香,尾韻帶出烤杏仁與淡淡奶油麵包的氣息。酒莊以小農經營為主,採手工採收、低產量栽培,釀造時偏向溫和處理:輕微橡木桶發酵與長時間澱粉接觸(sur lie),讓酒有厚度但仍保留活潑酸度與礦物感。建議醒半小時,搭配奶油或蘑菇類料理,口感會更協調。

The palate is creamy yet precise: lively acidity lifts the rich, buttery mid-palate while a fine mineral thread keeps the finish lithe and persistent. Crafted by a small, terroir-focused producer, this still white shows gentle oak influence and lees aging that add complexity without overwriting the site expression. Serve slightly chilled after a short decant to reveal its fragrant, saline finish.

Champagne Eric Taillet is a small family producer known for attentive vineyard work and restrained cellar techniques. Though rooted in a region famed for sparkling wine, the estate crafts still bottlings that emphasize slope, soil and balanced oak. Grapes are hand-picked from low-yielding parcels, fermented with a mix of barrels and neutral vessels, and often see extended lees contact to build texture and aromatic complexity.
