Producer Notes: From the Famille Paquet project and bottled under Domaine des Valanges, 'Nos Cinq Terroirs' brings together fruit from five distinct plots in the Mâconnais farmed organically. The aim is clarity of place and balanced texture rather than overt oak. Winemaking Notes: Matured sur lie with roughly 75% kept in stainless steel tanks and 25% aged in large oak foudre casks. Minimal intervention in the cellar preserves brightness while the lees contact and foudre aging add weight and complexity without heaviness. Vineyard Notes: Fruit comes from five terroirs across the Mâconnais with cool, limestone-influenced soils giving the wine its saline-mineral core.
