Handcrafted in an ultra-limited run of just 871 bottles for the 2021 vintage, the wine rested quietly for 30 months in large seasoned tonneaux to sculpt its immense natural framework. In the glass, it commands absolute attention with brooding dark cherry, damson plum, dried violets, and profound balsamic complexity. On the palate, a muscular yet impeccably defined architecture takes over, driven by vibrant tension, dark cocoa, and wild savory herbs.
