2024 Haha Sauvignon Blanc

Bright and immediate on the nose with vivid lemon, passionfruit and green apple, followed by ripe mango touches. A streak of fresh bell-pepper that edges toward jalapeño adds an intriguing savory note. The palate is crisp and dry, driven by a refreshing acidity that carries lively citrus and tropical flavours through a clean, medium-long finish. Made in Marlborough with a focus on purity and lift, this vintage is approachable now and will remain vibrant for a few years. Winemaking favours cool fermentation in stainless steel, minimal use of oak and careful handling to preserve the aromatic profile. Vineyards benefit from sunny days and cool nights on well-draining soils, contributing to the wine's bright fruit and zesty backbone.
