Bright, lively Prosecco from Treviso showing fine, persistent mousse and a polished, approachable profile. On the nose: green apple, pear, white blossoms and a touch of citrus zest. The palate is gently off-dry—silky bubbles carry flavors of ripe orchard fruit and a whisper of almond, balanced by brisk acidity that keeps the wine refreshing and food-friendly. Producer notes: made by a family-run, Veneto-based house dedicated to classic Prosecco styles, this bottling reflects careful vineyard selection in the Treviso zone. Winemaking notes: primary fermentation is followed by the Charmat (tank) method to preserve aromatic freshness and natural fruit tones; fermentation and ageing in stainless steel at controlled temperatures ensure clarity and vivacity. Vineyard notes: grapes are sourced from the Treviso DOC area, where cool breezes and mixed alluvial-clay soils contribute to bright acidity and aromatic lift. Serve well chilled (6–8°C).
