2015 J-M Seleque 'Soliste Meunier' Premier Cru Extra Brut
Description
Unfurling in the glass with hints of waxy pear, ripe apple, orange oil, red berries and buttery pastry. Medium to full-bodied, vinous and layered, with a fleshy core of fruit, racy acids and a pretty pinpoint mousse, it's concentrated and enveloping, concluding with a long, saline finish. While it's already drinking with real generosity, I suspect more complexity will emerge with age on cork. WA 94
