山形縣出產嘅靚Sake多如繁星，而當地僅次於十四代嘅人氣第二名就係亀の井酒造。其中くどき上手系列係過千個酒造中突圍而出，登上Sake Time 2021嘅第20名! 。加上同十四代一樣用山形縣在地原料，亦同樣用出名難駕駛馭嘅低酸度10號酵母釀造， 醸出黎嘅清酒香氣非常獨特，兩者style有幾分相似。
現時由年輕嘅第6代藏元兼杜氏今井俊典接手，佢打造嘅另一個超熱門系列くどき上手 Jr. (即Junior)，亦非常有特色，值得大家一試!
