It shows off much more complexity and nuance, more molasses and seared caramel. It is still quite fresh and elegant for its age, a sunny Colheita. Not quite as intense as some in this age range, it does everything else beautifully. There is, especially, that wonderful medley of complex aromas and classic flavors in the background. The finish is nuanced and intricate. It seals the deal here. This goes down easy, tastes great and adds a lot of distinction. It's a prime-time Colheita.
