2022 La Spinetta Bricco Quaglia Moscato d'Asti DOCG

這款來自布里科鵪鶉的微氣泡酒散發清新花果香:有鼠尾草的草本調、荔枝的甜美與紫藤的花香。入口輕盈,氣泡細緻,果味偏熱帶與柑橘,酸度俐落帶動整體節奏,尾韻有礦物與香氣延展。酒精度低、口感爽快,既適合當作開胃酒,也很配清爽甜點或帶辣味的亞洲菜。酒莊在南向坡地的石灰質頁岩砂性土壤上栽培,海拔約300公尺,釀造過程在恆溫槽中發酵約三個月以保留香氣與優雅的氣泡感,瓶塞封瓶,建議冰鎮後飲用。


Bright straw-yellow with a hint of green, this La Spinetta Bricco Quaglia opens with perfumed notes of sage, lychee and wisteria. On the palate it’s fresh and tropical with citrus lift, a delicate perlage and a subtly mineral, aromatic finish. At low alcohol and light-bodied, the wine balances lively acidity with an appealing sweetness and expressive floral perfume. Produced in the Asti tradition with temperature-controlled fermentation for roughly three months, it’s bottled under cork and best enjoyed well chilled within the recommended drinking window.

Winery

La Spinetta 是皮埃蒙特的知名酒莊,Rivetti 家族與釀酒師 Giorgio Rivetti 一向注重產區特色與細緻釀造。布里科鵪鶉來自卡斯塔尼奧萊德蘭澤與Mango等南向坡地,約300公尺海拔,土壤以石灰質頁岩夾帶砂性為主。酒莊在田間管理與恆溫發酵上都有嚴謹把關,既保留香氣也兼顧清新口感,年產量穩定,是兼具風土與飲用性的代表作。

La Spinetta is a Piedmontese producer known for aromatic, terroir-driven wines. With early vintages dating to 1977 and winemaker Giorgio Rivetti at the helm, the estate focuses on careful vineyard selection and precise cellar work. The Bricco Quaglia bottling comes from south-facing sites around Castagnole delle Lanze and Mango, planted on calcareous marl with sandy variations at about 300 m altitude. Production is artisanal but sizable, with modern temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve primary aromatics.
