This wine, with its light golden yellow hue and silver reflections, offers a bouquet of fine yellow tropical fruits, subtle yellow peach, and ripe mango, complemented by a touch of blossom honey and white blossoms. On the palate, it reveals a medium complexity with fresh pear fruit and delicate wood savouriness. The balance of fine sweetness and minerality leads to a dry and mild finish, with fine savoury herbal notes lingering in the aftertaste. Aged for six months, with a significant portion in new oak barrels, this wine presents a satiny texture and a long, steely finish that is both vibrant and refreshing.
