This 2017 vintage from Tenuta Luce is a bold and structured red wine, boasting an intense ruby red color. The nose is sophisticated, with notes of violet, fresh cherry, and some mulberry. The palate is round and balanced, surprisingly bright, with very good tension. The wine's complexity comes alive through elegant tannins that gift the wine with unique balance and structure. This wine is the result of a project launched in the early 1990s and lead by Frescobaldi and Robert Mondavi. It is best enjoyed with red meat, pasta, or cheese.
