Tasting note

來自M. Chapoutier的Hermitage頂級園「L'Ermite」,2022年款呈現明亮稻草黃,香氣豐富:香草、杏仁、蜜餞與菩提花的細緻花香,搭配成熟白肉果的水蜜桃與杏桃。入口圓潤飽滿,質地細緻如絲,礦物感和岩石般的石質尾韻為整體帶來緊緻的骨架,尾段有一抹微苦,讓味道更有層次。葡萄以人工採收,經冷沉澱後於木桶低溫發酵(18–20°C),再在酒泥上陳放10–12個月並定期攪桶,讓酒體更為豐滿與綿延。酒莊位於Hermitage小山頂,土壤瘠薄且富含花崗岩,這片嚴苛的土地正是賦予此酒礦質和陳年實力的關鍵。建議開瓶醒約30–60分鐘,適合慢慢品味或搭配海鮮、白肉與奶酪。

A flagship single-vineyard white from M. Chapoutier's Ermitage 'L'Ermite', this 2022 displays brilliant straw-yellow colour and a dense, inviting bouquet. Aromas of vanilla, almonds, dried fruits and linden blossom unfold alongside ripe white-fruit notes — peach, apricot and delicate Mirabelle — all framed by a pronounced stony minerality typical of the site. On the palate it is very round and richly textured, with an elegant balance and a subtle finishing bitterness that adds complexity. Long, layered and built to age, the wine spent a gentle cold settling before whole-cask fermentation at 18–20°C and matured on fine lees with regular stirring for 10–12 months. Hand-harvested from the summit 'Ermite' plots, the vines sit on very poor, granitic soils that give the wine its mineral spine. Decant about 30–60 minutes to reveal depth; cellaring will reward for many years (drinking window c.2028–2042).
