生產與釀造:葡萄於9月29日至10月10日採收,酒莊採用傳統精選與分批發酵工法,於法國橡木桶陳年以融合香氣與單寧。封瓶採軟木塞,整體走經典、細膩路線。
葡萄園與酒莊:來自瑪歌產區的碎石與排水良好土壤,使葡萄能在晚夏涼爽後的九月回暖中達到均衡成熟。酒莊在 Corinne Mentzelopoulos 領導下,與釀酒師 Paul Pontalier 緊密把關,致力於呈現優雅與地域性特色。建議短醒能更快打開香氣,搭配牛排或熟成起司特別合拍。


Tasting Note: A poised second wine from the Château Margaux estate, the 2014 shows an immediate freshness with delicate floral perfume and a core of ripe red and dark berry fruit. French oak lends gentle spice and toasted nuance while the palate remains smooth and elegantly concentrated. Bright acidity gives lift and the finish tightens into refined, persistent tannins — balanced now but with upside for short-medium term aging.
Producer Notes: Described by the château as having charm, elegance and an approachable freshness, this cuvée combines immediate appeal with a structured backbone that hints at a bright future.
Winemaking Notes: Harvested from 29 September to 10 October, vinification follows traditional estate methods with careful sorting, fermentation and maturation in French oak. The wine is oaked (French) to integrate spice and texture and closed with cork.
Vineyard Notes: Sourced from the Margaux terroir—gravelly, well-drained soils that favor even ripening—2014 brought a cool August followed by a warm, dry September that allowed grapes to achieve balanced maturity. Overseen by wine team under Paul Pontalier and owner Corinne Mentzelopoulos, the vines produced concentrated, elegant fruit typical of the appellation.
