Tasting note: Bright and aromatic, Martin Miller's Gin opens with candied lemon peel, bergamot and delicate floral top notes—rosewater and violet—followed by a pleasing bitter-orange backbone and a hint of cucumber and white pepper. Light-bodied and clean, it finishes with a refreshing, lingering citrus twang. Producer notes: Distilled in England and finished with exceptionally pure Icelandic water, this gin is known for its clarity and balance. The house style emphasises bright citrus and subtle florals rather than heavy juniper, delivering an elegant, easy-to-drink spirit. Winemaking (distillation) notes: Made by macerating and/or vapor-infusing a carefully selected mix of botanicals in a neutral spirit, the distillate is proofed and blended to bottling strength with very soft, low-mineral water. The result is a polished spirit with pronounced aromatic lift and a clean mouthfeel. Vineyard / botanical sourcing notes: While not a wine, the botanical selection acts as this spirit’s ‘vineyard’. Citrus peels, floral botanicals and delicate herbs appear sourced for freshness and aromatic precision, giving the gin its signature brightness. Service: Best served chilled in a well-iced Gin & Tonic, or neat/poured over a large ice cube with a citrus twist. No decanting required.
