2021 年的這支酒來自名門酒莊,風格霸氣但不粗糙:散發深黑果實、藍莓與一抹草本香氣,還有黑橄欖、巧克力與微苦的濃郁尾韻。口感飽滿、質地滑順,單寧細緻如粉,既有力量也帶優雅的延展感。釀造上採手工採收、小箱裝運、雙重挑選,部分園塊在小桶中發酵,整體以混凝土槽與橡木桶並用,21–28天浸皮、在新桶中完成乳酸發酵並陳年兩年。葡萄園位於黏土為主的土壤,保水力強,植株低密度與土壤的“硬—軟”變化讓根系面臨挑戰,結果是低產而濃縮的果實,酒體因此厚實且表現出層次感。建議開瓶前好好醒上至少一小時半,配上烤紅肉或有香菇、松露的料理更合拍。


Masseto's 2021 is a concentrated, high-impact wine with an aromatic core of ripe dark berries, violets and Mediterranean herbs — rosemary and sage woven through black olive and tobacco notes. The palate is dense and generous yet tightly controlled: layers of blueberry compote, dark chocolate, espresso and cedar unfold over a silky, powdery tannin structure and generous oak spice. Winemaking is meticulous — hand-harvested grapes in small crates, double sorting before and after destemming, gentle crushing, fermentation in concrete (with small parcels in barrel) at 25–30°C, and extended maceration of 21–28 days. Malolactic fermentation and the first 12 months of elevage take place in new oak barriques, followed by a total of 24 months ageing. The vineyards sit on clay-rich soils that retain water and impose a particular vigor and stress pattern on the vines, contributing to concentrated extracts and a compelling balance between power and finesse. Drink now with generous decanting or cellar for decades.
