Moët Impérial is the iconic non-vintage cuvée that defines the House style: bright fruit, an elegant savoury streak and a polished maturity. On the nose expect golden-straw aromas of green apple, ripe pear, citrus zest and white flowers layered with brioche and toasted almond from extended lees ageing. The palate is medium-bodied with a creamy, fine-bubbled mousse, vivid acidity and concentrated orchard and stone-fruit flavours balanced by subtle mineral notes and a gentle toasty finish. Made by blending over a hundred base wines with a significant proportion of reserve wines, it is produced by traditional method with extended aging on lees to build texture and constancy. Dosage sits in the low Brut range, leaving refreshing tension and a poised, accessible profile. Widely produced by a house with holdings across many crus, this cuvée is as reliable at the table as it is at the aperitif — lively with shellfish, versatile with richer starters and comforting alongside creamy cheeses.
