以美山錦及山田錦釀成嘅榮光富士「威吹」係全年只發售一次嘅限定酒款；酒如其名，哩款作品香氣華麗，帶有濃郁花香 (「菫」譯作紫羅蘭)，清新嘅青蘋果、水梨等，米飯嘅旨香亦好出眾，入口甘酸平衡，配海鮮及壽司都非常合適。
Eiko Fuji Junmai Daiginjo Sumiretsuyu Ibuki Unfiltered Nama Genshu is only released once per year; it displays intense blossom, pear and apple. Medium bodied with notes of umami and crisp acidity, it is a well balanced sake that pairs well with seafood and sushi.
