品飲印象：杯中散發深沉的黑色莓果與藍莓香，夾帶淡淡紫羅蘭、甘草和礦石氣息，礦質感帶出細緻的碎石調。入口中段飽滿而乾淨，果味集中、酸度提亮，單寧扎實且帶粉感，橡木香為整體添上香料與輕微烘烤感；尾韻悠長，礦質與果香交織收束。 酒莊與產區：出自海拔較高的山區單一莊園，酒莊採取低產量、注重地塊表現的栽培手法，追求耐陳放的平衡與純淨度。 釀造工藝：果實成熟期精準採收，發酵過程控制溫和萃取以保留果香純淨，之後在橡木桶中陳放以整合單寧與香氣，讓結構更圓潤、層次更完整。 葡萄園風土與口感：火山礦質與良好排水的土壤、日夜溫差大，使果粒緻密，賦予酒款清晰的礦物輪廓與緊緻口感。入口即感受到紮實的結構與悠長餘韻，醒酒一小時後香氣更為奔放。

Tasting note: Deep, concentrated dark-fruit aromas of blackberry and blueberry are layered with violets, licorice and a salty, crushed-stone minerality. The palate is medium‑to‑full, vividly pure and tightly structured — ripe fruit framed by firm, chalky tannins and subtle toasty oak. Flavours evolve from dense black fruit to tobacco, baking spice and lingering mineral-driven lift on the finish. Producer notes: From a single Howell Mountain site, this wine reflects a low-yield, site-focused approach. The producer aims for balance: ripe phenolics and power without excess, crafting wines with clarity and age-worthiness. Winemaking notes: Carefully harvested fruit was fermented with gentle extraction to preserve purity, then matured in oak to integrate spice and structural tannin. Extended élevage allowed the wine to harmonize, producing seamless oak influence and long-term cellar potential. Vineyard notes: Planted on high-elevation mountain benchland with well-drained volcanic soils and pumice, the vineyard yields small, concentrated berries. Wide diurnal shifts and low vigor vines promote bright acidity and concentrated flavours, giving the wine its precise mineral backbone and longevity.
