品飲簡述：呈深寶石紅帶紫邊，黑醋栗、黑莓與成熟李子的果香為主軸，隱約有石墨感、煙燻與煙草的層次，法國橡木帶來香草、烘烤與黑巧克力的餘韻。口感飽滿，果實濃郁卻帶著清爽酸度，圓潤且成熟的單寧支撐著悠長收尾。
酒莊與葡萄園：出自 Pauillac 名門，葡萄種植於「Plateau de Mouton」的深層礫石土壤，植密度高、老藤比例大，土壤排水好、根系深入，賦予葡萄優良結構與礦物感。
釀造重點：九月分批手工採收，按單塊地與成熟度分開發酵，經約 18 個月法國橡木桶熟成。調配上追求果味純淨與單寧柔和的平衡，使這款二軍既具早飲吸引力，也擁有適度陳年潛力。

Tasting Note: Deep ruby with purple edges, this 2022 shows concentrated dark fruits—blackcurrant, blackberry and plum—lifted by graphite, tobacco leaf and a discreet smoked-meat nuance. French oak provides cedar, vanilla and a touch of dark chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied and dense, with juicy freshness, ripe rounded tannins and a saline, lingering finish.
Producer & Vineyard: From the Mouton Rothschild estate in Pauillac, the grapes come from deep, gravelly soils on the Plateau de Mouton. Vines are densely planted and mature, producing concentrated fruit with classic Médoc structure and ageing potential.
Winemaking & Ageing: Hand-harvested across September, the wine was vinified and matured in French oak for roughly 18 months, combining careful extraction to preserve purity with oak integration that adds spice and texture. The result is a second wine of the estate that balances accessibility with serious structure—ready to enjoy with modest decanting now or to cellar for further complexity.
Serve: Decant 60–90 minutes if drinking young. Best matched with grilled or roasted red meats and aged cheeses.
