嘯鷹 2021 帶出濃郁而優雅的黑果輪廓，黑醋栗與黑櫻桃交織，夾帶岩礦、甘草與些許雪松香。入口飽滿，單寧結實卻細緻，有彈性的肌理讓酒體在口中逐步展開：紮實、略帶嚼感，但同時有清新的薄荷與花香點綴，餘韻悠長。酒莊位於 Oakville 谷地平原的小型園區，產量極少，採嚴格篩選與法國新舊橡木桶混合熟成的做法，追求果味純粹與結構平衡。這款酒既適合短期醒酒後飲用，也具備長期陳放潛力，搭配厚切烤牛或成熟乾酪最為合拍。

The 2021 Screaming Eagle is an immediately arresting wine—perfumed and concentrated with layers of blackcurrant and black cherry framed by graphite, licorice and cedar spice. On the palate it reveals a dense, plush core yet carries notable muscular tension: chewy, polished tannins support opulent fruit and a minty lift that keeps the profile fresh. Winemaking follows the estate’s boutique approach—tiny yields from an Oakville valley-floor parcel, careful oak integration and experienced consulting to preserve purity and intensity. Production is famously limited, reflecting meticulous selection and ageing in new and seasoned French oak to build structure and complexity. Best enjoyed after some cellaring, it rewards patience with lengthy, evolving aromas and a very long finish.

Screaming Eagle is a tiny, iconic Napa Valley estate originally brought to prominence in the early 1990s. Renowned for extremely low yields and meticulous selection, the winery produces very limited quantities each vintage. Located in the Oakville corridor on a valley-floor site, the estate has worked with celebrated consultants over the years to refine a signature style: intensely perfumed fruit, seamless oak integration and ageworthy structure. Annual production typically runs in the hundreds of cases, making their wines highly sought-after.
