Sommelier's notes: Deep violet-ruby. On the nose, layered dark and red fruits — blackberry, currant, raspberry and a floral lift — edged by tobacco, cedar and a graphite thread. On the palate it’s medium-to-full, with sleek, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and perfectly woven French oak: black fruit fades into spice and a subtle lemony lift. Polished and harmonious now, yet built for further bottle evolution.
Winemaking & vineyard: Seña began as a collaboration aiming to showcase Chile’s finest terroirs. Grapes are farmed with biodynamic principles in Aconcagua Valley; low winter rain and cool ripening produced healthy, concentrated berries for the 2010 vintage. Fermented and matured 22 months in French barrels (77% new) to refine texture and complexity.
