The palate is creamy and rounded with layered stone and tropical fruit, gentle oak influence and balanced acidity that keeps the wine lively. Production focuses on plush texture — partial barrel fermentation, lees contact and restrained oak ageing give a silky mid-palate and a savory finish. Sourced from select California vineyards chosen for ripe fruit and freshness, this wine is approachable now with a short rest in the glass or a 20-minute decant to open up aromatics.
