A lively, focused wine from a single lieu-dit, offering an energetic core of citrus zest, green apple and white blossom lifted by a wet-stone minerality. The palate is crisp and driven by brisk acidity, with a fine lees thread that adds a touch of texture without weight. Fresh saline notes and a clean, persistent finish make it an excellent match for meaty fish and shellfish. Produced with careful, low-intervention methods: hand-harvested fruit, gentle pressing, native-yeast fermentation and élevage in stainless or neutral vessels to preserve clarity and terroir expression.
