Crafted on the shores of the Isle of Skye, this 10-year-old single malt embodies the wild, windswept nature of its coastal home. Distilled near the sea, it draws subtle saline notes directly from the surrounding maritime environment. Maturation in American oak casks imparts a smooth sweetness that balances the robust peat smoke. On the nose, fresh sea spray mixes with rich malt and subtle citrus. The palate reveals an unmistakable explosion of warm black pepper, leading to a long, roaring smoke finish.
