Bright and expressive, this 2023 releases a lively bouquet of grapefruit, lime, tangerine and a hint of tropical punch, layered with fresh herbal notes and faint white florals. The palate is dry and focused, with a satin mid-palate before a crisp acid line lifts citrus and herb flavours; a flinty, wet-stone mineral seam adds saline brightness. Produced in Marlborough from organically grown fruit, grapes were harvested by hand and machine, fermented cool (stainless steel) to preserve aromatics and sealed under screwcap. Low residual sugar and brisk acidity make it a mouthwatering, food-friendly wine best enjoyed chilled.
