品飲筆記:這款來自 Nizza 的紅酒香氣飽滿、層次分明,先是深色漿果與藍果的果實香,接著有柑橘皮、茶葉與微花香跳出,尾段帶點可可與香料、還有輕微的可樂與核果氣息。口感中等偏厚實,果汁感十足但酸度仍然活潑,單寧圓潤而不生硬,收尾長且愉悅。 酒莊與田地:加雷托酒莊位於 Nizza 的丘陵地帶,重視低產量與園地分選,讓每一塊田的土壤與日照特質都能在酒裡被看見。地勢起伏與日夜溫差,幫助果實成熟但保留清新的酸度。 釀造與風格:在釀造上追求果香與結構的平衡,發酵與浸渣控制得宜以萃取成熟的色澤與單寧,之後於適中的木桶中陳年,賦予細緻的香草與烘烤香,卻不搶走果實主角。 飲用建議:建議醒酒約45分鐘以讓香氣完全展開,溫度約16–18°C。配餐上可選烤鴨、紅燒或燉煮肉類、奶香較重的熟成乳酪以及菇類義大利燉飯,都是不錯的搭配。

Tasting note: Bright and inviting, this Nizza shows concentrated dark and blue fruit layers—black cherry and plum—lifted by citrus peel, green tea leaf and delicate floral top notes. Secondary elements of cocoa, spice and a subtle cola-walnut note give complexity. On the palate it is medium–full, juicy and tensioned by lively acidity; tannins are ripe and silky, leading to a long, sunlit finish. Producer notes: From Tenuta Garetto in the hills of Nizza, this wine reflects the estate’s focus on quality and site expression. Low-yield farming and careful grape selection produce concentrated fruit with vibrant natural acidity. Winemaking notes: Fermentation and skin maceration are handled to extract ripe phenolics while preserving freshness. The wine sees attentive maturation in well-chosen oak which adds spice and creaminess without overwhelming fruit purity. Vineyard notes: Sourced from hillside plots around Nizza where well-drained soils and good sun exposure deliver ripe, aromatic fruit with balanced acidity. Cooler nights in the area help retain freshness and build structure. Cellaring & service: Approachable now but with potential to evolve through the latter half of the decade. Decant about 45 minutes to let aromas open. Serve at 16–18°C. Pairing: Works beautifully with roast or braised game birds, tomato-based dishes, richer mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
