Clear straw-gold in the glass, this Cote d'Or white opens with lifted aromas of citrus zest, green apple and delicate white flowers. Gentle oak adds notes of toasted almond, vanilla and a light buttery cachet, while a thread of fine minerality keeps the profile focused. On the palate it shows creamy texture and medium-plus weight, balanced by lively acidity and a saline-tinged finish that lingers. A versatile bottle: approachable now after a short rest, yet built with enough structure for short-term cellaring. Winemaking favors barrel fermentation and lees ageing to develop richness without overwhelming the terroir-driven clarity.
