在Super Tuscan海岸)的Riparbella有家極速冒起的酒莊,他就是Caiarossa (意大利=紅土)酒莊.從1998開始,短短用20年時間便快速打入了Fine Wine酒單當中,一般酒王的都要至少幾十年,而Caiarossa快速冒起全因強大的幕後推手,酒莊在2004年被荷蘭企業家Eric Albada Jelgersma收購了,Eric同時擁有法國瑪歌3級莊美人魚Giscours和5級莊 Du Tertre,而前莊主Jan Theys信風水學,令佢建構酒莊時混入了大量風水元素。並採用有機種植🌱 持有Demeter和Ecocert雙認証📜 不用任何化學品,全人工自然方式,不用機器,以生物動力法,採用天然酵母,而農務全跟著曆法而行。在酒莊未成立之前該土壤已有多樣性潛力,Chalk、Sandstone、Calcareous / Iron-rich clay 包羅萬有,分佈了多個不同地段,酒莊按著不同地段的特性種植最適合的葡萄品種,以發揮土地和葡萄品種的最大潛能,成就了Caiarossa 絕佳的風土。
Caiarossa是酒莊的集合了Sangiovese、Cabernet Franc、Merlot、Cabernet Sauvignon、Alicante和Syrah 等7種葡萄混釀而成,酒標是希臘酒神 Dionysus,每年都獲得各酒評家極高分的評價,而2010年也是高分年份而更適飲。

Riparbella (on the coast of Super Tuscan) has a rising star winery, which is Caiarossa (Italian means: red soil) winery. Beginning in 1998, it took just 20 years to enter the Fine Wine wine list which normally takes at least a few decades. Caiarossa rising quickly because of the owner behind the scenes. In 2004, the winery was bought by the Dutch entrepreneur Eric Albada Jelgersma. Eric owns both the French Margaux third-level mermaid Giscours and the fifth-level Du Tertre, and the former owner Jan who believes in Feng Shui, so that he has a lot of Feng Shui elements in the construction of the winery. It uses organic cultivation 🌱 holds both Demeter and Ecocert certifications 📜 No chemicals, only plant by hand and natural methods, no machines. Also, following the biodynamic methods, using natural yeasts, and all agricultural operations follow the calendar. Before the establishment of the winery, the soil has the potential for diversity. Chalk, Sandstone, Calcareous / Iron-rich clay are all-encompassing and are distributed in many different areas. The winery grows the most suitable grape varieties according to the characteristics of different areas. In order to maximize the potential of the land and grape varieties, Caiarossa has become an excellent terroir.
Caiarossa is a blend of seven grapes from the winery, including Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante and Syrah. The wine label is Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, and is highly rated by various wine critics every year. And 2010 is also a high-scoring year and is more suitable for drinking.
