高木酒造創立於1615年，係山形縣最古老嘅酒造，其實亦即係釀造神級清酒「十四代」嘅酒廠。十四代系列面世前，酒造其實係以生產「朝日鷹」而聞名；不單評價十分好，「朝日鷹」更蘊藏住酒造400多年嘅傳統釀造技術，係高木家族嘅驕傲之作。 朝日鷹亦係日本當地好受歡迎嘅清酒，於2020 Sake Time 登上第18名。

朝日鷹 生貯藏酒 特撰本釀造瓜果味香濃，甜味強； 入口感受到甜味中帶微炭酸，非常柔滑清新。哩款特撰本釀造香氣帶點十四代本丸嘅影子，但只係本丸三分一價錢，性價比十分高。襯海鮮、濃味菜式都好適合。

Takagi Shuzo's history dated back to 1615, and is one of the oldest sake brewery in Yamagata. Before the release of "Juyondai", this Shuzo was famed for its  signature sake "Asahitaka". It could be said Asahitaka is a representation for the Takagi family. This sake is also popular among Japanese locals, and was ranked 18th in 2020 Sake Time.

Brewed by traditional methods, this sake is mildly sweet with intense fruity and melon aromas. It has slight fizz and balancing acidity that gives the sake a crisp and refreshing texture. It pairs well with seafood and dishes with strong flavours.
