Brane Cantenac is never the showy of wines, and yet it has rightly become one of the most sought-after names in Margaux, impressing through its beautiful layering of aromatics and textured, confident fruit. 🌷🌺

Vintage 1994 is fully matured, dominated by tertiary aromas; leather, earth, truffle🍄, smoke and roasted herbs. It then revealed bouquets of flowers, red currants and cherries. There is good perfume on the nose, moderate acidity and a dry, austere finish. A classic and perfectly aged Margaux. 😋
