起始於12世紀，位於夏布利嘅酒莊Ch. de Beru至始都由家族擁有及管理。葡萄園位於350-400米海拔，有充足日照嘅向南斜波上。酒莊由05年起開始實行有機耕作，到11年更轉為有機自然動力發耕作，能夠帶出土釀嘅最大潛質，飲家可以品嚐到該區特有嘅風土。

酒莊更擁有一塊同酒莊同名、歷史悠久嘅獨佔園；盡管佔地約1公頃嘅Clos Beru只係村級酒，但莊主一直降低葡萄樹之間嘅密度並嚴格控制產量，令果實吸收到充足營養，產出風味十足又豐厚嘅美酒。2012年帶濃郁礦物，熟檸檬及梨、杏脯等香氣，混合白花、果仁、煙燻等味道；同多種貝類海產都好夾!

The history of Chateau de Beru dated back from the 12th century. This family-owned estate is located on the southern slopes of the Beru Valley, with vineyards at an altitude of 350-400m. In order to bring out the best terroir of the historical vineyards, the estate started organic farmed since 2005, and adopted biodynamic farming since 2011.

This notable monopole Clos Beru is a unique vineyard located in the Chateau's walls since the 13th century. The entire terroir is characterized by chalky and stony soils, which produces expressive and mineral wines. Vintage 2012 reveals aromas of ripe lemon and stone fruits, with notes of blossom, almond and smoke. The palate is rich with great mineral tension, and pairs well with a variety of seafood.
