座落於瑪歌區Ch. Dauzac同Ch. Giscours隔離嘅Ch. Siran始於1428年；酒莊起初經歷過數次易手，但自1858年被Miailhe家族購入後就一脈相傳到現家，係波爾多黎講相當少見。🙌🏻

由於Miailhe家族接手時啱啱錯過咗1855年波爾多酒莊分級嘅重要時刻，因此未獲評為列級莊，但其實Ch. Siran風土條件非常優秀，亦係9間Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel嘅成員之一。👍🏻 另一點令Ch. Siran與眾不同嘅就係佢同一級莊武當一樣，曾係1980-2005年間每年邀請不同藝術家設計酒標👩🏻‍🎨，令酒款充滿藝術氣息之餘仲多咗一份收藏價值。

1987年已成熟，帶典型瑪歌區嘅柔滑細膩；有淡淡嘅紫羅蘭香氣，夾雜野莓、車里子、甘草、咖啡、皮革、泥土等味道，係一支成熟均勻嘅美酒。😋

Ch. Siran from Margaux is one of the rare Bordeaux chateaux to belong to the same family for over 160 years. 🙌🏻 Despite the estate had missed the Bordeaux classification during 1855, it has been selected as one of the Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel, which shares the same outstanding terroir with its neighbours Ch. Dauzac and Ch. Giscours. 👍🏻

Similar to Ch. Mouton Rothschild does each year with their labels, from 1980 - 2005, Ch. Siran also created a new label each vintage that features a different artist. 👩🏻‍🎨

Vintage 1987 has been fully matured, with aromas of violets, cherries and wild berries, intermixed with liquorice, coffee, leather and earth. Elegant and well balanced, this classic Margaux is ready to drink right away. 😋
