Coche家族一門多傑，不單稱霸Meursault，出自佢地手嘅酒亦已同頂級布根地劃上等號。💯 Coche家族共有三個分支，除咗鼎鼎大名嘅Dm. Coche Dury及Dm. Roulot，仲有就係Dm. Fabien Coche。Fabien係Raphael Coche (Coche Dury現任莊主) 嘅堂兄弟；兩家酒莊關係密切，同樣盛產令人讚不絕口嘅佳釀，但Fabien Coche嘅酒價相比Coche Dury就相宜得多。🤩

Dm. Fabien Coche共持有12公頃葡萄園，遍及多個產區。其中有6成以上係種植咗高達60歲嘅老藤! 👏🏻 由於老藤果數非常稀少，產量固然唔多，但葡萄酒風味則更濃縮、凝聚。另外Fabien跟隨爸爸多年，不單經驗豐富，且至今都以傳統方式犁田及釀酒，完美呈現風土。

Saint Aubin一級田Les Combes挨近Chassagne Montrachet，相比Chassagne嘅圓潤，佢多咗一份清爽，更輕盈可口。😋 2017年帶白花、杏仁、蘋果及杏脯等香氣，隨後蜂蠟、肉桂、奶油香透出，酸度及礦物感偏重。整體優雅，亦適合年輕時品嚐。

The Coche family has grown into one of the most celebrated wineries of Burgundy - Dm. Coche Dury, Dm. Roulot and Dm. Fabien Coche. 💯 Commented by Wine Advocate, Fabien Coche is believed to be one of the most underrate sources of high-quality white Burgundy in Cote de Beaune. 🤩

Fabien Coche’s father is a first cousin of Jean-Francois Coche-Dury and it is not so long ago that the two domaines shared almost identical labels. Their vineyards located very close to each other’s and share similar terroir. Organic farming practices here since 1998 for the 40 plots of vines that the family owns and now with 20 vintages experience. 60% of vines are over 60 years old! 👏🏻

Saint Aubin Les Combes 2017 displays incredible purity and acidity, with aromas of blossom, ripe citrus and almond, followed by notes of beewax, cinnamon and mineral. 😋 It finishes with a creamy and satiny palate. Elegant and impressive for its appellation!
