Coteaux Bourguignons係勃根地新嘅法定產區，成立於2011年，屬AOC等級。哩個新產區覆蓋勃根地大區嘅所有葡萄園，亦可使用任何勃根地法定提子釀酒。😮 由於不受規定所限，令釀酒師可以發掘更多可能性。名莊Leroy, Louis Jadot, Prieure Roch等都已經將Coteaux Bourguignons加入佢地嘅系列。

2018 Fernand & Laurent Pillot Coteaux Bourguignons所用嘅提子主要來自Chassagne-Montrachet及Pommard, 莓果🍓香氣撲鼻，胡椒、香料、泥土等香氣慢慢滲出。酸度略高但同肉類、燒烤、芝士、沙律及意粉都非常夾! 啱哂平時食飯casual飲，係小資嘅勃根地首選! 😍

A new classification - Coteaux Bourguignons was created in 2011. This free-spirited AOC opens up new opportunities for Burgundy producers. It offers the freedom to explore different Burgundian terroirs and all Burgundy's authorised grape varieties. 😮 Famed domaines such as Leroy, Louis Jadot and Prieure Roch also started producing wines labeled under this appellation.

Vintage 2018 is a tender and fruity wine🍓, with good depth and persistence. The wine goes well with dishes with moderate aromatic intensity; a worthy partner for poultry, grilled red meats, cheese, salads as well as tomato sauce pasta. 😍
