俗稱「孖雞」嘅Dm. Leflaive不單有「白酒之王」美喻，亦係當今售價最貴嘅白酒，品質超哂班! 前任莊主Anne Claude Leflaive女士接手管理後更全面推行自然動力法耕作，務求打造最純正無暇嘅白酒。酒莊除咗係伯恩丘各個子產區中擁有葡萄園，亦有向區內酒農購入優質嘅提子釀酒，繼而生產出一系列性價比非常高嘅酒款，包括今日嘅村級Auxey Duresses白酒。

Auxey Duresses坐落於Meursault及Saint Romain之間，山坡大部分向南且排水性良好，有利葡萄生長。口味方面雖然無Meursault咁creamy飽滿，但果香一樣咁豐富，帶礦物感，仲較早進入適飲期。 2018年有白花、檸檬、青蘋果及熱帶水果香，中段礦物及杏仁香氣透出，酒體及酸度中等。夏日熱辣辣，梗係要常備啲靚白酒係屋企啦!

Based in Puligny Montrachet, Dm. Leflaive produces some of the finest white burgundies and surely is a top-rated estate. Since 2012, Dm. Leflaive have partnered with carefully selected vinegrowers in Cote de Beaune (Auxey Duresses in particular) and established the project "Leflaive & Associes". The vinegrowers also farmed their plots in biodynamic manner, while the wines are vinified by Dm. Leflaive's team.

Auxey Duresses is an appellation suited between Meursault and Saint Romain, its vineyards enjoy excellent south-east exposure with good drainage, and could make wines of very high quality. Auxey Duresses show similarities to the nearby Meursault, but a little more restrained and could be enjoyed early.

Vintage 2018 shows good aromatic persistence, notes of citrus, white blossom, apple and tropical fruits, along with mineral and toasted almond. It is open-knit and lively, which is a perfect refreshment for the summer.
