特立獨行，有「Loire狂人」之稱嘅Didier Dagueneau有“最頂尖長相思釀酒師”嘅美譽。之所以被稱為天才釀酒師，全因佢憑追求完美嘅意念，不斷創新、反覆試驗，繼而釀出神級、世上均價最貴嘅長相思，亦受全球飲家追捧。 可惜Didier 於08年一場墜機意外不幸地離開咗，酒莊由佢一對仔女接手打理。跟隨爸爸多年嘅仔 Louis-Benjamin已盡得Didier真傳，代替佢延續Loire嘅傳奇。

2016 Blanc Fume de Pouilly 係酒莊嘅入門酒款，並由4個葡萄園嘅收成混釀而成。 一開瓶水果香氣四溢，西柚、檸檬、蘋果等等，仲有白花、果仁同香草嘅香氣；當然唔少得Dagueneau最signature嘅礦物感! 飲落層次豐富，酸度一流，真係一枝勁出色嘅白酒!

Didier Dagueneau is an icon for modern winemaking. Didier continuously pushed limits and devoted his winemaking career to endless experimentation with innovation. Biodynamic viticulture, spectacularly low yields, oak and extra lees contact all contributed to the truly unique nature of these wines. His wines are definitely one of the cults in Loire and being sought-after around the world. His talented son, Louis-Benjamin have continued his legacy after Didier died in an ultralight plane crash in 2008.

Blanc Fume de Pouilly is the entry level wine with a blend of 4 plots, which shows intense and perfumed aroma characteristics of the appellation. It opens up with concentrated grapefruit, citrus, green apples, herbs and flint, with a touch of blossom and toast. The layers of flavors and balancing acidity made it another Dagueneau signature.
