Nicolas一向尊重自然生態，所以佢以有機耕作為根基、加上生物動力法去打理葡萄園，為你呈現最真實嘅風土。哩款Pommard選用咗5塊一級田嘅葡萄釀成，平均樹齡更高達50歲。一開瓶就有香濃水果及紫羅蘭香氣，加埋泥土、香料同橡木香，味道深邃及礦物感十足。哩款酒年產量只得800幾支，咁高質素又珍稀嘅酒你點可以錯過!

Representing the 5th generation of his family, Nicolas Rossignol is the new superstar in the village of Volnay, making great wines from his own vines and from the fruit of his family's vineyards. His wines style has been influenced by his experiences in several renowned Domaines such as Dm. Louis Latour and Dm. Vieux Telegraphe.

Nicolas has adopted biodynamic viticulture and low-intervention winemaking philosophy to ensures the full potential of the fruit and the commune is consistently expressed in the final wine. The 2014 Pommard 1er Cru is a blend of five vineyards, with an average vine age of 50 years. The wine displays pure aromas of plum, earth, spice and soft floral nuances. Very elegant, complex and well-balanced on the palate. Only 800 bottles were produced, you would not want to miss this rare and outstanding Pommard.
