Gaisbohl係酒莊所擁有7.5公頃嘅特級獨佔園，專產乾型、陳年潛力極高嘅Riesling；2016年開瓶後有青檸、白桃、杏脯等果香，夾雜橙皮、蜜糖、礦物、香料等味道。入口厚身，味道豐富，加埋非常靚嘅酸度，整體平衡優雅。

With over 400 years of wine making experience, the family-owned estate Burklin-Wolf produces top quality wines that is considered one of the best in Germany. Being certified for organic and biodynamic viticulture, the estate has consistently produced some of the finest dry rieslings from excellent vineyards and of any given vintage.

Dr. Burklin Wolf is the sole owner for this 7.5ha Grand Cru monopole Gaisbohl, of which its origin dates back to the late medieval era. Vintage 2016 tasted rich on the palate with high acidity, with pronounce aromas of fresh lime, peach and stone fruits, accompanied by citrus peel, honey and spice. Very elegant and finesse-full Riesling.
