Beaucastel真正成熟需時十年八載，哩支96而家飲就剛剛好。除咗淡淡黑莓及紅色水果香，更多嘅係皮革、泥土、野味、咖啡、胡椒及香草等等嘅誘人香氣。酒體及酸度中等，舊年份Beaucastel唔係咁易搵，千祈唔好錯過! 🤤

Ch. Beaucastel has long been considered one of the great wines of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. The Famille Perrin family has joined Primum Familiae Vini in 2006, enjoying high international reputation.✨ Beaucastel has an extraordinary terroir with heavy exposure to the Mistral. All 13 varieties of the appellation have been organically grown here since the sixties. 😋

This bottle of 96 is now showing its full potential, with notes of blackberries and kirsch, dominate by earth, leather, coffee, pepper and herbs. Medium body and acidity with a meaty finish. Well-structured and well matured. 🤤
